二.脑子还有好多好玩的词汇！

1.have sth on the brain 念念不忘

除了用remember，memory之类的表达，用brain也能表达念念不忘的意思。

She’s got folk-dancing on the brain.

她对民族舞蹈念念不忘。

2.brain drain 人才流失

这里的brain大脑用来指“人才”，drain指“流干，排干”，brain drain指的人才流失。（brain和drain两个词汇简直就是亲兄弟~）

Britain has suffered a huge brain drain in recent years.

英国近年來人才外流现象十分严重。

3.brainchild 智慧结晶

brian（大脑）所生产的child（孩子），就是指“智慧的结晶，智慧产物”

The project was the brainchild of one of the students.

这个计划是其中一个学生的智慧结晶。

4.brain freeze 大脑冻结

这个词虽然在国外经常使用，但是在国内使用并不多，就算是中文其实也没有非常好的翻译（假如有什么好的翻译可以在评论告诉我），一般指在吃了很冷的东西之后，被冻坏了，脑袋就像被冻住一样。

Oh man I always get a brain freeze when I eat fro-yo, it's just so delicious!

哎我每次吃酸奶冰淇淋都会吃太快冻得脑仁疼，真是太好吃了！
